Description:
Analyze, identify and document clients' auditing practices. Develop and implement Sarbanes-Oxley compliance plans. Review Forms 10K and 10Q filed with SEC. Lead special projects and due diligence teams for mergers and acquisitions projects.
Must have MBA plus 1 year of experience in public accounting or BA in Business or Accounting plus 3 years of experience in public accounting.
